Research On The Wuzhen Butler Model Of Social Governance In Small Towns

In the era of pursuing a better life,residents' demands for social governance are also increasing,and the rapid development of Internet information technology and the transformation of management concepts have a profound impact on grid governance.Grassroots social governance is an important part of social governance.The construction achievements and related guarantees in this field directly affect the vital interests of the grassroots and are also the prerequisites for ensuring social development and stability.Grid governance has been widely practiced at the grassroots level,and has achieved outstanding results,and has continued to expand into other areas,making the grid management concept deeper.However,grid governance also has problems in social governance,which needs to be solved and improved,so as to achieve an effective combination of grid governance and social governance,so as to achieve a high level of social governance and meet social needs.This paper takes the Wuzhen steward model of Wuzhen Town,Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,conducts research on Wuzhen Guanjia through investigation and research methods,and literature method,and analyzes the data through SPSS20 to discuss the operation of grid management in social governance of small towns.The process,the existing problems and the reasons for the analysis,so as to propose corresponding solutions based on the analysis of the reasons.The Wuzhen stewardship model is mainly based on the two platforms of “Wuzhen People's Feelings” and“Safety Zhejiang”,and has achieved remarkable results in grassroots social governance.However,there are also problems such as insufficient top-level design,low degree of integration of grid management,and weak management team construction.The article proposes corresponding improvement measures from the perspectives of optimizing gridded social governance system,improving scientific and rational incentive mechanism,evaluation system,strengthening social governance subject construction,introducing social organization,and standardizing grid management,so as to improve the effect of grassroots social governance..Through the study of the Wuzhen stewardship model,it is found that this model can be applied in the social governance of small towns and can exert corresponding effects.
