Research On The Problems And Contermeasures Of The Government Car Reform In Wei Fang City

Government car refers to official vehicles,including government and party and institutions,etc.The public has been very concerned about the consumption of official vehicles as the "main cost" of the public funds.The consumption of the government cars has also brought many public problems,such as the excessive allocation of cars and other phenomena,even the monopolizing of the car-using by officials.These problems have not only damaged the image of state functionaries,but also caused waste of state resources and increased the burden of state finances.From 1994 to 2014,the government from the central government to the local government to the reform of the public service vehicle system through three stages of trial and exploration,but the road of reform has been difficult.In 2014,the reform programme of the government cars had been distributed,which showed the way of reform for the whole machine.Even though,as it came to the base level,some disadvantages and problems had still came out.With Wei Fang city as an example,this paper first introduces the process and the main content of the car reform in Wei Fang city.And then shows us the analysis of the cause of the problems.Combining the advanced measures of other areas,put forward the way to reform deeply.
