Research On The Role Of Subdistrict Offices In The Process Of "Village To Residence"

After the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy,the urbanization process of our country has been accelerating.Most rural communities have entered the wave of urbanization actively or passively,and the "village-to-house" community has emerged as the times require.At present,the "village to residence" community has been integrated into the unified management of urban streets,and has become a unique Transitional Community in China,which naturally becomes the focus of urban management."Village-to-residence" community is different from ordinary urban community.It has the characteristics of both rural and urban communities.It is the special product of China's economic development and urbanization.The development of "village-to-residence" community is an important part of urban community construction,and its level of development also represents the level of urban management in China.However,the "village to residence" community is facing many problems in community construction and serving the residents,so the government and neighborhood offices need to give full attention to it.Subdistrict offices are the main implementers of "village to residence" and play a vital role in the process of "village to residence".Therefore,it is of great significance to study the role and role of sub-district offices in the process of "village to residence" and to improve the role of sub-district offices in "village to residence" communities for the construction of urban communities and the promotion of urban integration.This paper uses a variety of methods,including literature review,case analysis,field research and so on,to study the "village to reside" community.According to the questions raised,the reasons analyzed,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to start the writing ideas,which are mainly divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly gives a brief overview of the street office and the "village to reside" community,and understands the street affairs in the "village".Therole of sub-district offices in the process of "village to house" in Y village is analyzed through the specific work of X sub-district offices in the process of "village to house" in Y village.The second chapter is about the problems of sub-district offices in the process of "village to house" and the deficiencies and deficiencies of sub-district offices in the process of "village to house".The last chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems arising from the role of the sub-district offices in order to better play the functions of the sub-district offices in the construction of the "village to residence" community and make the reform process of the "village to residence" community more stable.Make the "village to residence" community develop healthily,and then promote the process of urban-rural integration,improve the quality and level of urbanization.This paper uses a variety of methods,including literature review,case analysis,field research and so on,to study the "village to reside" community.According to the questions raised,the reasons analyzed,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to start the writing ideas.The specific work of X Subdistrict Office in the process of "village to reside" in Y village is introduced by the case to analyze the whole process of "village to reside" in the "village to reside" subdistrict office.Cheng's role,through the comparison of theory and practice,has found the problems and obstacles that X subdistrict office encounters in the whole process of "village to residence" in Y village.This paper combines the realistic work and objective environment and other factors to find out the reasons why X subdistrict office encounters problems when it plays its role and gives a concrete analysis.The research focus of this paper is to put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the role of subdistrict offices in guiding,communicating,supervising and guaranteeing the process of "village-to-house" according to the reasons why the role of subdistrict offices is hindered,so as to better play the function of subdistrict offices in the construction of "village-to-house" community and make the process of "village-to-house" community reform more stable.We should build the "village to residence" community into a high-level modern civilized urban community,and further promote the process of urban-rural integration,improve the quality and level of urbanization.
