Governments In Underdeveloped Areas Foster Social Organizations Countermeasure Research

With the continuous deepening of the reform of China's administrative system,the government's functions are also actively changing.As the third sector,social organizations have become an important carrier for the government to decentralize power.In recent years,the development of social organizations has received much attention.However,scholars in the past have paid more attention to the theoretical and practical research on the cultivation of social organizations in developed regions.There are few and few related studies on underdeveloped regions.Affected by various factors,social organizations in underdeveloped regions have obvious differences with the developed regions in terms of the speed,scale and level of development.The economic and social development of underdeveloped areas is relatively backward,and various deep-seated social contradictions and problems are prominent.The traditional government-led social governance system can no longer meet the practical needs of social development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for social governance in underdeveloped regions to proceed from their own reality,actively carry out social governance innovation practices,foster social organization development,make up for the deficiencies in government governance,and accelerate the modernization of social governance capabilities and governance systems.Taking the social organization of the Nanchang Q area as an example,this paper adopts literature and case studies,and through the research interviews and questionnaire collection methods,it sorts out the current development status of the social organization in the Q area,the dilemma faced,the cultivation strategy and the experience that can be used for reference.Based on the third-party governance theory,social capital theory and embeddedness theory,this study analyzes the necessity and influencing factors of social organization cultivation in underdeveloped areas,and analyzes the social organization of the social organization in the Q district of Nanchang City.The cultivation background,development problems,cultivation methods,three growth models,social network construction,experience value and deficiencies,put forward the integration of superior resources,classification and cultivation guidance,strengthen policy guidance,optimize the cultivation environment,build a horizontal social network,and promote social capital.Countermeasures for the development of social organizations in underdeveloped regions such as developing talents,improving the ability of service,and improving service capabilities...
