These are the research focuses of analyzing the operating mechanism of the "three-community linkage".Through combing the literature,it can be seen that domestic and foreign scholars have many theories and studies on multi-agent collaborative participation in governance.In particular,domestic scholars pay more attention to the "three-community linkage" in the local context,and the research content mainly focuses on " The definition of connotation,definition of subject,choice of operating mechanism and mode,operational problems and countermeasures of the "three agency linkage".However,in terms of the research field positioning,most of the current research stays in economically developed urban communities,and there is a lack of experience summaries of the "three-community linkage" in economically underdeveloped areas.In terms of research content,the main focus is on the specific methods of "three agency linkages",but the background environment,linkage methods,and operating mechanisms are insufficient to summarize and refine.This study takes the "three-community linkage" operation mechanism in the economically underdeveloped area of Y County and N Town as an example to study the governance model of"three-community linkage" in economically underdeveloped areas.On the basis of field research,combined with social system theory and collaborative governance theory,define the main body of the "three-community linkage",and sort out the main body by analyzing the social background,policy background,implementation path and service items of the promotion of "three-community linkage" Synergy,operating status and linkage effects.On this basis,it analyzes the problems in the operation of the mechanism from the five perspectives of community,social workers,social organizations,and the communication and supply of the main body of the "three cooperatives",and proposes corresponding policy recommendations for this,in order to analyze the"three-community linkage" in economically underdeveloped areas."The model provides effective theoretical support and practical guidance.Finally,in the entire investigation and analysis,we can know that the "three-community linkage" of N Town is in a "top-down" development process at this stage,which is essentially a linkage mode led by the government,which is precisely the economically underdeveloped area.Effective choice in the initial stage of innovative grassroots governance.
