Applied Research For The Enterprise Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Within The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Work

Ideological and political work is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China and the lifeline of all economic work.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the ideological and political work of enterprises should pay more attention to innovating and improving ways and methods,and constantly strengthen the affinity and effectiveness of Ideological and political work.Employee Assistance Program(EAP),as a measure of stress management for employees in enterprises,integrates EAP into Ideological and political work in enterprises.It is an effective measure to innovate the methods of Ideological and political work in enterprises and to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political work in enterprises.It provides new ideas and new horizons for the development of Ideological and political work in enterprises.Based on the related theories of pedagogy,psychology and management,guided by the knowledge and theory of Ideological and political education,this study adheres to the people-oriented management concept,combines the content of the Employee Assistance Plan(EAP)with the ideological and political work of enterprises,and makes a tentative exploratory study on the application of the Employee Assistance Plan(EAP)in enterprises from the perspective of Ideological and political work.Based on the research methods of documentation and questionnaire,the connotation of Ideological and political work,enterprise ideological and political work and related concepts of employee assistance plan(EAP)are elaborated,and the necessity of employee assistance plan(EAP)in Enterprise Ideological and political work is objectively analyzed,on the basis of synthetically drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research results on Ideological and political work and employee assistance plan(EAP).Consider and analyze the existing problems and reasons of the application of Employee Assistance Program(EAP)in China's enterprises under the current national conditions;and put forward the implementation path of EAP project in the perspective of Ideological and political work from the four aspects of the basic principles,working methods,working mechanism and workforce of the application of EAP.The purpose of this study is to promote the symbiotic and harmonious development of enterprises and employees.Ideological and political work plays animportant role in promoting people's growth and overall development.Exploring new ways of enterprise ideological and political work under the guidance of the concept of "people-oriented",deepening and enriching the ideas and methods of enterprise ideological and political work,enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise ideological and political work,promoting the mode of enterprise ideological and political work,and innovating and expanding the principle of employee assistance plan(EAP).It has positive guiding significance in the field of foundation and application.
