Research On Application Of Employee Assistance Program(EAP)in Miners’ Ideological And Political Education

This study explore a way to apply the Employee assistance program to the Coal Enterprise Miners’ Ideological and political education, choose the national X coal mine as the investigation spots, selected 589 first-line miners randomly, using self-made coal mine workers’ Ideological and political education questionnaire to survey the present situationon of X coal mine’s Ideological and political education. Survey results show that: the miners’ current situation of thinking and mental health is not optimistic; X coal miner’s Ideological and political education has many weak links,such as the fusion of the enterprise development is not high,the correspondent to miners development degree is insufficient,the integration of all aspects of strength is not enough.For the problems found in the survey,the demand of enterprise and the miners, exploring a new path to apply EAP to the miners’ Ideological and political education.By carrying out project promotion to promote the group cognition and strengthen the sense of security;evaluate the current situation of miners’ thinking to realize the information safety management;use all kinds of publicity carrier properly to improve the working environment of Ideological and political education;organize the theme training education with different forms and rich content to promote the content of I deological and political education optimization;individual counseling and group counseling double fusion, expand the way of Ideological and political education method;strengthen the ideological guidance, consummate the construction of political work team, to form the three stage of the political work system.Effect evaluation effectively demonstrated that EAP not only promoted the mineworkers levels of Ideological and psychological qualities, but also promote the deepening development of the organizational Ideological and political education.
