With the increasing number of the aged population in China,the social problems brought by the aging are becoming increasingly prominent.The aging of the population provides opportunities and challenges for the development of China's pension service industry.Old-age care service is an important part of the old-age welfare system.As the leading force of nursing service,nursing staff is the direct determinant of improving service quality and effect.Only by promoting the construction of high-quality nursing staff suited to China's social development,fully tapping the potential of nursing staff for the aged,and giving full play to their advantages of professionalization and professionalization,can we truly achieve the goal of serving the society,maintaining social stability and promoting social development.There are many phenomena such as shortage of nursing staff,unreasonable personnel structure,low education level,inadequate professional education,unreasonable training system and so on.However,due to the low salary level,high work pressure and imperfect career development path of nursing staff,nursing graduates are less likely to engage in elderly nursing workers.Do.A kind ofIn view of the above problems,this paper analyses and compares the relevant literature at home and abroad,and summarizes them.Based on the survey,350 nursing staff in Liaoning Provincial Pension Institutions are interviewed with questionnaires.The problems existing in the team of nursing staff for the aged are mastered,and the problems existing in the professional construction of nursing staff for the aged are analyzed,that is,the lack of government.Relevant policy support,the old-age nursing industry access mechanism is not perfect,lack of competitive salary,promotion path is not smooth,lack of training,lack of social security system;lack of professional teachers in Colleges and universities,poor employment situation of graduates,low professional identity.In view of the above factors,this paper mainly puts forward some suggestions from several aspects.Firstly,it is suggested to strengthen the professional training of nursing staff for the aged,optimize the talent structure,grasp the layered and graded training of nursing service personnel,strengthen the construction of training bases and increase the training time and frequency.Secondly,relying on Colleges and universities to carry out various forms and modes of training and education,the old-age service personnel training into the vocational education system planning,colleges and universities to add geriatric nursing specialty,optimize curriculum settings,compile practical teaching materials with the times.Finally,the government plays a functional role,establishes and improves relevant laws and regulations,improves the welfare benefits of nursing staff for the aged,reduces the brain drain rate,and introduces the volunteer service mechanism into the cause of nursing for the aged.
