Study On The Local Government Management Of Emergency Network Public Opinion

With the development of Internet information technology,new media represented by the Internet and mobile client has become an indispensable tool in people’s daily life and work.New media platforms such as WeChat and Weibo have rapidly expanded from media applications,and network information.With the continuous expansion,the scale of netizens is expanding day by day.As a reflection of the social situation and public opinion of the real society,online public opinion often erupts in a very short period of time,and also causes huge social impact,which brings great challenges to local government management.After some major emergencies in China in recent years,online public opinion often presents irrational characteristics,which brings tremendous pressure on the government.Due to the uncertainties in the risk society and the complex and ever-changing network environment,local governments at all levels in China often seem to be unable to cope with the malpractices in dealing with emergencies,leading to continuous fermentation of the network and creating new grievances.Scientifically judging and managing online public opinion will help promote economic and social development.At present,interest appeals and ideological confrontation on the Internet are becoming more and more complex,and coping with and managing network public opinion has become an important part of social management.In this paper,the Taifu Middle School incident occurred in Lu County,Sichuan Province on April 1st,2017 as a research case.Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical foundations,based on the introduction of the basic situation of the Taifu Middle School in Lu County,Sichuan,from various aspects.And the angle to examine the incident,to find the problems and causes in the local government management.At present,local governments in China face a series of prominent problems in managing the accident network grievances,through the analysis of typical cases that have occurred in China in recent years.Research,from which to sum up experience and enlightenment.Finally,it tries to give suggestions on how local governments manage emergency network grievances,thereby improving the ability and level of local government to manage network public opinion,further improving the public operation mechanism,and helping to build a governance government.
