Administrative Tendency And Overcoming Path Of Grass-roots Trade Unions

Under the socialist market economic system,China’s industrial structure has been readjusted,the distribution pattern has changed accordingly,social contradictions have become increasingly acute,and labor disputes have occurred frequently.Grass roots trade unions need to play a greater role in maintaining the interests of trade union members in practice.However,the administrative tendency of many grass-roots trade unions is more serious,and management thinking is still stuck in the planned economy era.We need to explore the development path of grass roots trade unions to avoid administrative tendency.It is necessary to explore the development path of grassroots trade unions to avoid administrative tendencyThis paper firstly makes a thorough understanding of the present situation of the administration of the grass-roots trade unions,and makes a thorough analysis of the reasons for the administration,hoping to arouse the attention of the relevant departments through this study,and then takes measures to solve the problem of the administration of the grass-roots trade unions in China,in the modern economy.In the economic development,the grass-roots trade unions can better play their functions,coordinate the relationship between workers and units,and further enrich the theoretical research of grass-roots trade unions in China.This paper holds that the administrative tendency of trade unions in a district is mainly manifested in the form of administrative organization,administrative leadership system,administrative operation mode,administrative funds management,and administrative functions.The final harm caused by this tendency of administration is: the function of safeguarding rights is difficult to play,the rights and interests of workers are not guaranteed;the position of leading cadres is awkward,the contradiction between labor and capital is gradually increasing;the bureaucratic style is serious,the work efficiency is becoming lower.The main reasons are historical,trade union construction,ideological and legal protection.The paper points out the development path of grassroots trade unions to avoid administrative tendency: reduce administrative intervention and change management consciousness;improve the trade union system and standardize the organization and operation mechanism;improve laws and regulations,strengthen the protection of trade union legislation;build a hub-based society organizationa.
