A Study On The Symbiotic Development Of Grass-roots Trade Unions And Social Work Organizations

In recent years,with the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,how to strengthen the role of trade unions at the grass-roots level and build a broad-based trade union system to serve workers has become the focus of trade union reform.At the same time,various kinds of social organizations are springing up.Therefore,under the concept of social synergy,many trade unions begin to innovate their working mode and cooperate with social organizations by purchasing services in order to improve the efficiency of trade union services.As for social organizations,they also need to interact and link with the government,mass organizations and other resources in the system,so as to obtain continuous power for their own survival and development.However,at present,the cooperation between grass-roots trade unions and social organizations is still in the stage of exploration.In addition,the academic circle should further strengthen the construction of interpretation and action mode to guide the development of bilateral cooperation.Throughout the existing research,the current academic community of political and social cooperation,but has some common features,but has its own characteristics of community cooperation is less attention.Therefore,this paper chooses Z Community Workers’ home,a cooperative project between Z community trade union and G Social Work Organization,as the research object,and conducts in-depth interviews with relevant personnel of the project,at the same time,a large number of literature,interviews and comparison of other trade union organizations and social organizations carried out a number of cooperation projects.Through the observation and research of the project,the author finds that the cooperation between the two sides comes from the deficiency of their own energy,and in the community governance,both sides need to seek partners to break the bottleneck of their own development.Although the grass-roots trade union and the social work organization have their own shortcomings,but also have their own advantages,their respective advantages have reached a complementary,therefore,the two sides take the workers’ home project as a platform,reached cooperation,formed a symbiotic unit in the cooperation.Both sides cooperate and interact with each other in an independent capacity,exchanging material,information and energy at the symbiotic interface of the community workers’ home,and relying on each other to generate new energy.This new energy is the result of the division of Labor and cooperation between the two sides.Under the influence of the policy environment of party construction,social governance and trade union reform,the symbiotic relationship between the two sides shows a relatively stable character,with continuity and reciprocity.The symbiotic energy of the two sides reflects the synergy and innovation of the symbiotic relationship,and promotes the two sides to realize the evolution in the two-way dependence and the symbiotic development in the evolution.However,the symbiotic relationship between the two sides can only be more optimized and stable if it develops towards the goal of symmetries and reciprocal symmetries.Therefore,grass-roots trade unions and social work institutions must also exert themselves in organizational and professional construction respectively,establish and improve scientific and effective evaluation mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of the work of both sides.
