Constructivist theory of national identity overthrows the rigid understanding of rationalism that "national interests determine state behavior",points out that national identity,as a potential conceptual factor, fundamentally affects state behavior, and makes a more reasonable explanation of the relationship between national identity, national interests and state behavior, thus making national identity become a study of state behavior and state behavior. The important entry point of home strategy.Indonesia is the actual leader of ASEAN,and is widely recognized as a medium-sized power. After Zoko took office,he proposed to build Indonesia into a maritime power.Regional powers, medium powers and maritime powers together constitute the three main identities in Indonesian diplomacy.Indonesia's regional power strategy, medium power strategy and marine power strategy are also the inevitable choices based on these three identities.Indonesia's national strategy has influenced China to varying degrees. In recent years, the relationship between China and Indonesia has been moving forward steadily.Especially under the opportunity of the docking of Indonesia's marine power strategy and China's "21st century maritime silk road" initiative, the two countries have carried out extensive cooperation in marine economy, infrastructure construction and other fields. In international and regional affairs, communication and cooperation are constantly strengthened.Indonesia actively promotes the development of China-ASEAN relations and mediates the South China Sea dispute between Southeast Asian countries and China. But at the same time,we should also see that with the rapid development of China,Indonesia strengthens its ties with the United States and Japan to check and balance China's growing influence in the region. In addition,Indonesia's attitude of resolutely defending its maritime rights and interests has had some adverse effects on China.Indonesia's ambitious national strategy is bound to have a multifaceted impact on China.China should fully grasp Indonesia's national strategy under the multi-identity recognition, properly handle the contradictions in bilateral relations, actively expand bilateral multi-level and multi-field cooperation, and take the "21st century Maritime Silk Road" initiative as an opportunity to promote the in-depth development of bilateral relations.
