Research On The Professional Identity Of Masters In Marxist Theory Subjects

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in order to deepen the task of research and construction of Marxist theory,it is necessary to have a high-quality research team.Team building should start from cultivating talents.The master's degree in Marxist theory is the main source of talent and the power of the team.Therefore,it is necessary to study the professional identity of graduate students in Marxist theory.This research focuses on literature research and quantitative research.Taking the graduate students of Marxist theory subjects in four universities in Sichuan as the research sample,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the status quo of professional recognition of professional masters of Marxist theory subjects and the factors affecting professional identification.Suggestions for improvement are given through the combination of data and existing literature.In view of the inadequacy of existing research and the uniqueness of the professional identity of Marxist masters.Through questionnaires,this paper investigates the status quo of the professional identity of graduate students in Marxist theory disciplines,analyzes the differences of professional identification in population variables,and discusses the professional beliefs in the unique ideology of Marxist theoretical disciplines.Through regression analysis,the influencing factors affecting the professional identity of master students in Marxist theory are explored.The research shows that: First,the professional identity level of master's degree students in Marxist theory is at the upper-middle level,and the professional belief dimension has the highest recognition.Second,in the item of professional belief dimension,"I think the socialist system is the most suitable path for China's development." "I believe that the development of things is regular,and it is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change." The percentage of items that fully agree and agree to agree is up to 90%.Third,in terms of demographic variables,males and females only differ in professional emotions,and males have higher professional identity than females.In the grade level,Yan Yi is higher than the second research in the emotional input,and the professional emotional input of the second is higher than that of the third.In the choice of whether to choose a major,students who choose their own majors in professional cognition and professional behavior,professional emotions are higher than the students who adjust.Whether the undergraduate major belongs to the ideological and political education category does not differ in all dimensions.Students with full-time work experience before the graduate study will be more proactive in their professional behavior than those without work experience.Through the analysis of the factors affecting professional identity,it is found that external recognition,employment environment,professional settings,and tutor factors are all significantly correlated with professional identity,and all have a positive correlation.Through stepwise regression analysis,it is found that professional setting,external recognition,and tutor factors are the main factors affecting the professional identity of graduate students in Marxist theory.Five suggestions were given for the uniqueness of the professional identity of graduate students in Marxist disciplines.First,strengthen professional settings and strengthen discipline development.second,improve the level of tutors and innovative training methods.third,strengthen career planning education and clarify personal development goals.Fourth,strengthen professional guidance,optimize student source structure.and fifth,strengthen academic exchanges and improve research capabilities.
