Research On The Construction And Selection Of Urban Differentiated Elderly Supporting Patterns In China

Under the influence of many factors,such as the aging of the population and the change of family structure,the current elderly supporting patterns in China is facing challenges,which is more prominent in urban areas.At the same time,with the development of economy and society,the subjective and objective conditions that affect the old-age needs of the urban elderly are changing greatly,highlighting the complexity and hierarchy,to some extent,the existing elderly supporting patterns can not meet the diversified needs of the urban elderly.In this context,how to further promote and improve the construction and choice of urban differentiated elderly supporting patterns has certain research significance.At present,there are many contradictions and difficulties in the development of urban basic elderly supporting patterns in China,which are family-based,community-based and institutional-based,and the demand for old-age support is a dynamic process.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a differentiated elderly supporting pattern for the urban elderly,and the premise of constructing the urban differentiated elderly supporting patterns needs to carry on the hierarchical analysis to the urban elderly population.In this paper,according to the macro-angle and micro-angle,the urban aging population is stratified.The result of macro-level stratification is to divide the national cities into the eastern region and the central and western regions according to the economic development level.At the micro level,the factors,such as income level and physical condition,are finally divided into multiple levels.At the same time,based on the stratification of the elderly population,the generality of the old-age demand and the analysis of the individual characteristics of the demand for the aged at different levels are summarized,which provides the basis for the construction and selection of the differentiated elderly supporting patterns.The results of the construction and selection of urban differentiated elderly supporting patterns in China: in addition to the three basic pension models,from a macro point of view,eastern cities can choose to develop virtual nursing home model.The cities in the central and western regions can develop the mode of "pension planning +PPP+ institutions".From the micro point of view,for the middle and high income or low income and can take care of themselves,whether in the eastern cities or in the central and western cities,this paper constructs and chooses five elderly supporting patterns for them.For the elderly with low income and unable to take care of themselves,this paper constructs four different elderly supporting patterns based on macro-stratification results.This paper combines macro and micro factors of urban differentiated elderly supporting patterns can not only meet the needs of the elderly at different levels,improve the quality of life of the elderly,but also help to alleviate the contradiction between the elderly and promote the harmonious development of society.
