The Contemporary Development Of Marxist Theory Of Historical Law

Marxist theory of historical law reveals the laws that exist and operate in the development of human history.Today,Marxist theory has not been falsified in its development,on the contrary,it shows strong vitality.Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era(hereinafter referred to as Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country and politics)is a new development of Marxist theory of historical law in contemporary China,which has a profound and essential connection with the latter.This paper holds that Xi Jinping's thought of governing the country and politics can be summed up in three main aspects according to the theoretical system of Marxist historical law.: the theory of the subjectivity of the people,the theory of historical orientation,and the theory of the primacy of productivity.By exploring the roots of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics in Marxist theory of historical law,this article further explains the epochal significance of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics from the three aspects successively.The introduction explains the origin and significance of the topic selection,and briefly reviews the current situation of relevant research on Marxist theory of historical law and the Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics.The first chapter shows that because of the richness of the connotation of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics,it can be interpreted from various perspectives.This paper mainly expounds the inheritance and application of Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics of Marxist theory from the perspectives of Marxist theory of historical law in three aspects:the theory of the subjectivity of the people,the theory of historical orientation,the theory of the primacy of productivity,and reveals the essential connection between these three aspects.The second chapter studies the theory of the subjectivity of the people in Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics.The theoretical basis of the theory of the subjectivity of the people is that the masses of the people are the main body and creator of history.This is mainly manifested in the fact that history is the unfolding of human activities,and the material production activities of the people determine the face of society and promote the development of history.It is the people,not the heroes,that determine the course of history.Therefore,in Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics,the theory of the subjectivity of the people means that only by relying on the strength of the people can great achievements be created,which is dialectically unified with the leadership of the Party;the people are the ultimate goal of historical development,so all work should be aimed at the people and the results obtained should also be shared by the people.The third chapter discusses the theory of historical orientation in Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics.The Marxist theory of historical law holds that the social form will continue to change with the development of productive forces;there is a certain quantitative change in productivity in a certain stage of social form.Starting from these historical theories,the the theory of the subjectivity of the people holds that in the course of development and construction in China for decades,all aspects of society have achieved certain achievements.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,but there is still much room for improvement in productivity.China will remain in the primary stage of socialism for a long time.In the new era,China's main contradiction has been transformed into a contradiction between the people's growing material and cultural needs and the developmental imbalance.The resolution of this contradiction dominates thedevelopment direction of China for some time to come.The fourth chapter discusses the theory of the primacy of productivity in Xi Jinping's thought of governing the state and politics.In the historical materialism,productivity has the final determining effect on other components of the social structure: productivity determines the relationship of production,the economic base determines the superstructure,and the level of productivity is the result of the interaction of various factors..The theory of the primacy of productivity is the practical and creative development of this idea.This is mainly manifested in the fact that supply-side reform can effectively improve the quality of productive forces in current China,so that promotes the resolution of major contradictions in China,and promotes national and social development and people's happiness;the ecological productivity theory creatively balances the relationship between “green mountains and green mountains” and “gold mountains and silver mountains”,so that the progress of productivity and the protection of the natural environment complement each other and achieve sustainable and coordinated development.
