A Study About Current Situation And Cultivation Countermeasures Of Identity Of College Student Party Members

Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and our party must embrace a new outlook and make new achievements in the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.Striking iron must be hard in itself.Undoubtedly,party building plays an important role in China's socialist construction.College student party members are the most young group with high culture,high quality,high activity and the most active degree among all the party members and they are advanced members in the college student group.Their ideological status is not only related to whether they grow into talents,but also related to the sustainability of the development of the whole party member group.Therefore,the identity of university party members has always been an important subject of ideological and political work in universities.In this paper,five colleges and universities in Zhejiang province were selected according to the types of schools(double first-class universities,ordinary undergraduate colleges,independent colleges and vocational colleges).A total of 497 valid questionnaires were issued and recovered.The questionnaire examines the status quo of college student party members' identity from three dimensions: value identity,role identity and emotional identity.The analysis results show that the status of college student party members' identity is generally good,but there are some problems worth reflecting on.In terms of value identification,in the value identification,the university student party member identifies the party objective,the vanguard model function is prominent,but to the Marxism theory belief identification is not firm.In terms of emotional identity,college student party members are loyal to the party,have a strong sense of belonging,and maintain the sense of honor and pride of party membership.In terms of role identification,college student party members have a clear understanding of the party constitution and rules.However,there is a phenomenon of "discrepancy between words and deeds" in some behaviors.On the basis of literature research and interview,this paper explores the factors that influence the identity of party members of college students through relevant analysis of the questionnaire survey results.Starting from the three aspects of social environment at the macro level,grassroots party building at the middle level and contact with micro media,this paper finds that globalization,market economy impact and social contradictions have affected the identity of college party members.The motivation to join the party is an important factor affecting the identity of college student party members.The correct motivation to join the party,the strong sense of identity of party members,the education training of active applicants for membership of the party,the development of scientific procedures and norms,is conducive to the improvement of the identity of college student party members;Education has a significant positive correlation with the identity of college students as party members,and the heart-to-heart talk between party organizations and college students as party members has a significant positive correlation with the identity of college students as party members.Traditional media exposure and identity presents significant positive correlation,the university student party members by mobile phone micro letter,such as QQ,Weibo new dynamic network platform to understand the party and the identity of party members among college students there are significant correlation between the three dimensions of relationship,moving from media for college student party member's identity is obvious than traditional media contact impact on university student party member's identity.On the basis of data analysis,this paper proposes ways to improve the identity of college student party members from the following five aspects: promoting the transformation of knowledge,affection and action,giving full play to the role of college student party members as opinion leaders,improving the party member development mechanism,strengthening the daily management of party members and building the party building network platform.
