Causes And Countermeasures Of Self-interest Expansion Of Local Government In Administrative Demolitions

At present,due to the long-term transition period of socialism and the comprehensive transition period of economic and social structure,the relationship between the interests of China has changed from a deep level,and there have been multiple entities and imbalances.Public policy,as a tool that can be used to divide the behaviors and values of various stakeholders,allocates resources and benefits in society,and provides guidelines for the specific division of public interest.In order to achieve the goal of fair distribution of public interest,the government needs to make rational use of power.However,due to the historical background and the implementation of policies and regulations,China's public policy has obvious characteristics of “internal input” in the formulation and implementation.There are a series of “black-box operations” and other phenomena that damage public interest and government credibility.The expansion of the government's self-interest has played a negative impact that cannot be ignored.Judging from a number of cases,the administrative demolition administrative act has brought great prosperity to urban construction in the process of implementation,and the incident of administrative demolition rights infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens has also occurred from time to time.Insufficient information disclosure during policy formulation and implementation also caused huge losses to the public interest,which made the citizens' sense of identity and trust in existing policies lower,seriously jeopardizing the fairness and justice of the social environment.This paper analyzes the local government's self-interested expansion phenomenon based on the multiple administrative demolition incidents in Z province through literature research,case analysis and other research methods,and proposes local government based on public choice theory and citizen participation theory.The reason for self-interested expansion is to try to construct a reasonable and effective government interest structure,reduce decision-making mistakes in construction and development,effectively promote the implementation of public policies,build a harmonious society and maintain social public interests.
