| Electronic government affairs as the fast development of the Internet are also undergoing rapid change,in the process of the continuous development of e-government project and in the process of e-government project construction hardware,the phenomenon of light management,especially for the electronic government affairs in the process of the project reasonable to identify risks,identification,analysis and put forward the corresponding management measures,reduce the risk of the project has always been our courntry electron government affairs project,especially at the grass-roots level of e-government project lacks.In this paper,the government network construction project of xixiangtang district is taken as the research object.With the help of the method of expert evaluation,the project risks in the process of the construction of the government network of xixiangtang district are identified.Then the influencing factors are sorted by the analytic hierarchy process and the key influencing factors are finally obtained.Part I is the introduction,through the study of domestic and theory and domestic and foreign e-government project risk related theory and development status,proposed the research content and research method of this paper;The second part describes the content and possible risks of the e-government extranet project.The third part is the main contents and risks of the e-government external network project construction in xixiangtang district,nanning city.The expert evaluation method is used to identify the risks that may be encountered in the project implementation process,and the project risk factors are summarized to form the project risk list.The fourth part is the risk assessment of e-government extranet project in xixiangtang district of nanning city.The fifth part puts forward the preventive measures to the risk factors.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research,which summarizes the whole article and looks into the future. |
