| How to solve the old-age problem,especially the old-age nursing problem and get rid of the nursing dilemma is a common problem faced by all countries in the world.This paper uses CLHLS data to conduct in-depth research on the old-age long-term nursing model.Firstly,it compares and analyses the present situation of long-term nursing in China and abroad,and then through IV-Probit model,Probit model and OL.The purpose of S model is to grasp the short-term and long-term substitution effect of informal nursing and formal nursing,the influence of children's transfer payment on the choice of parental pension model,and the role of demographic and family factors in the choice of pension model,such as the education status and health status of the elderly.Finally,based on the conclusions of the study,practical policy recommendations are put forward to help our country.To solve the dilemma of the long-term care model for the elderly.The results show that:firstly,in the short run,informal nursing has an alternative effect on formal nursing,and the increase of children's informal nursing time significantly reduces the elderly's demand for nursing homes and outpatient care;secondly,in the long run,the alternative effect of informal nursing on formal nursing is limited;thirdly,the transfer payment of children to their parents for informal nursing care Time has little effect.There is no phenomenon that children in western society send their parents to nursing homes to provide only maintenance fees when they grow up.Chinese tradition has not completely disintegrated the family concept in society,and children still bear the main responsibility of providing for the aged in Chinese society.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward three policy suggestions:first,to establish the "combination of health care" system,transform medical institutions into integrated health care service institutions,innovate the mode of supply,construct a diversified integrated health care service system,give full play to the supporting role of information technology,establish the development of "Internet+" old-age medical services,strengthen industrial financial support,and promote social capital to participate in medical care.Secondly,we should develop the "mixed care economy" and construct a community-based long-term care service model for the elderly.The supply of community care services should form a government-led market-oriented system and build a "one-stop" nursing service based on the community platform.Thirdly,we should establish a long-term care insurance system,improve our laws and regulations,and establish and improve the old-age insurance law.The regulation system should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,improve the construction of nursing staff and nursing institutions,take social nursing insurance system as the main body,innovate and develop commercial long-term nursing insurance,and establish a diversified nursing service system. |
