The Study On Government Function Transformation And Upgrading Of Traditional Industries In W City Of M Province

The traditional industry is not the same as in the backward industries,but with the development of traditional industries have a low technology content and benefit with less,resource consumption,environmental pollution,production factors occupy too much problem.Through the transformation and upgrading,traditional industries can also open new flowers,and continue to play an important supporting role in social and economic development.In this study,the research and analysis of the traditional industry in W city of M province is first studied.It is found that the traditional industries of W city of M have the advantages of strong industrial base,more reasonable industrial structure,continuous strengthening of new technology and new models,increasing value-added products and balanced development of large and medium sized and small enterprises.The advantages of these industries are not only It is only the performance of the achievements of the traditional industry development of W in M province for several decades,and it is the basis for the next transformation and upgrading of the traditional industry of W city of M province to play the role of economic guidance again.In the study of the advantages of traditional industry in W city of M Province,the disadvantages of the traditional industries are analyzed,and the disadvantages such as the weakening of the pillar status,the degradation of the core competitiveness and the reduction of the government policy support are found in the traditional industries of the W city of M Province,which provide the direction for the government to discover its own problems and provide clues.The analysis shows that the W municipal government of M province has its own problems in promoting the upgrading of traditional industries.Then,by drawing on the successful experience of absorbing the traditional industrial transformation and upgrading the government functions in the developed areas of Shenzhen,Wenzhou and Singapore,the basic ideas and working principles of the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industry in M province W are clearly defined.And from the aspects of clarifying the government's duty boundary,doing a good job position,increasing the government's power of simple government and decentralization,improving the efficiency of administrative operation,perfecting the government supervision system and cultivating the construction of the outstanding enterpriser,this paper puts forward the government function perfect policy in the process of the traditional industry upgrading.
