Research On The Countermeasures Of Property Enterprises Participating In Home Care Services

The increasingly serious aging of the population is an importa nt problem that can not be avoided in building a well-off society i n an all-round way.For this crisis,many kinds of old-age mode h ave been adopted in China.In order to give full play to the function of the family pensio n model,the govermment of our country has continuously promoted the diversification of the main body of the home care service sup ply in recent years,in which the property enterprises are a new fo rce,and many property enterprises are actively trying to test the c ommunity for the aged.Therefore,this paper takes the X city as a n example to make an empirical study on the situation of the prop erty enterprises participating in the home care service.It is found t hat the participation of the property enterprises in the urban comm unity home care service has the advantages of mastering the comm unity resources,conforming to the policy orientation and conformin g to the development of the enterprise.It is a very suitable suppli er to participate in home care services.However,through the investigation,it is also found that when the property enterprises are involved in the home care service,the re are still not enough professional standards,lack of financing and profitability,and inadequate utilization of resources.The main reas ons are the lack of a perfect old-age service system and specific s upport policies,the lack of decentralization of the demand for the aged,the integration of resources,and the lack of support for the support of the network.Based on this,this paper thinks that the service standard syste m should be built first,and the government should do macro regul ation,perfect the laws and regulations and supervision and evaluati on mechanism,make practical and feasible preferential policies,str engthen the construction of the personnel of social work,and the property enterprises should expand the financing channel.In order t 0 improve the ability to raise funds and establish a government in dependent property association organization to improve the ability t o integrate resources,accelerate the introduction of professional per sonnel to improve professional service capacity,and focus on mark et segmentation and classification implementation to improve thems elves.
