Study On Optimization Of Home-based Old-age Care Services In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people`s life quality,the aging of the population has developed rapidly in China.Therefore,how to support the elderly has also become one of the issues that our society focuses on.With this problem deepening,accompanied by the phenomenon of family miniaturization and social emptying,the pressure of old-age pension in our country is related to the problem of economic and social transformation.And this problem affects the future development direction of our society.Therefore,There is urgent to find out ways to solve the problem of aging population.Based on the welfare pluralism theory,this paper researches the background,significance,objectives,contents,ideas,methods and the current research situation at home and abroad.This paper also describes the conception of urban home community service and narrates the welfare pluralism theory in detail.At the same time,by a random survey in Shenyang,Dalian,and Qingdao,It aims to understand the actual problems,to sum up the service content of urban,resident and community service at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the outstanding one,it aims to optimize the urban community resident pension services with characteristics of China.Finally,from the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper can motivate all social actors,including the government,the family,the community itself and social organizations to provide a further-improving the service in China.The study on the optimization of urban community home care services can alleviate the current burden on children in China,ensure that the elderly not only enjoy the dual advantages of institutional and family old-age care,but also enjoy their old-age life in familiar places.Community professionals are also available to prevent the loneliness of older persons in later life.At the same time,The old-age pension problem is not only a problem that families must face,but also a problem that must be solved in social development.Urban community home care services can optimize the allocation of resources and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.We will promote the quality of residential care services in urban communities,promote the institutionalization of management,speed up the understanding of the whole society about residential care in urban communities,and promote the formation of a governance system for residential care services in urban communities to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.Therefore,the research on this problem has important theoretical and practical significance.
