Legislative Research On China's Energy Law

Energy is an important material basis for promoting the progress of human society and the development of national economy.It is the core of world economic development and the primary factor affecting national security.It plays an extremely important role in human social life and is an indispensable material in human life.In the 21st century,the rapid development of the world economy has entered a new stage.In recent years,China's national economy has grown steadily and the process of industrialization has been accelerated.China has become a major producer of energy and energy consumption in the world.At the same time,economic development has brought about many energy problems.For example,China's energy structure is irrational,energy efficiency is low,energy supply and energy consumption,as well as the contradiction between energy supply and energy security exist for a long time.The energy problem brought by development has become one of the key factors restricting the economic development of our country.Countries around the world are seeking new approaches to sustainable energy,environmental and economic development to address the economic growth caused by energy contraction.Since the outbreak of the third oil crisis in 1973,many Western countries have increased energy legislation process based on their awareness of energy shortages and the need to develop new energy technologies,and have developed separate regulations,energy regulations,and energy laws.In the 21st century,the world's energy legislation has reached a new height.Through continuous improvement of energy legislation,developed countries have now established a relatively complete energy law system,and energy laws have become more refined and improved.At the same time,China has also formulated laws and related administrative regulations and local regulations such as the Electricity Law,the Mineral Resources Law,Energy Conservation Law and Renewable Energy Law,but our country The energy law is just a one-way law,and there is no comprehensive energy law.With the rapid development of China's social economy,higher requirements are placed on energy production and consumption.Based on the research of China's energy law legislation,this paper starts with the introduction of the concept of energy and the historical development of energy law,analyzes the world energy status and the energy legislation of various countries.On this basis,combined with the current status of China's energy law legislation,summarizes the current energy legislation in China.The problems existing in this paper,from the aspects of the principles,principles,systems,and legal responsibilities of the Basic Law of Energy,put forward the consideration of China's energy basic law legislation,in order to provide reference and reference for China's energy legislation.
