Research On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Psychological Intervention In The Resolution Of Mass Incidents

The acceleration of social transformation and economic development has led to the breakdown of orderly social order,and the conflict of interest of social classes has become increasingly prominent.As a result,more and more mass incidents have occurred,inevitably affecting the vigorous development of society.There are many reasons for the mass incident,including the damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the public,the weak legal awareness,the spread and incitement of rumors,and psychological factors play an important role in mass incidents.The main points of building a harmonious society include the harmony between people,and the harmony between people is based on psychological harmony.Therefore,in order to better resolve mass incidents,must adhere to the government as the main body,promote the formulation and implementation of relevant policies,and it is necessary to analyze the incident from a psychological perspective.In addition,in many mass incidents,the government is a stakeholder,and the public inevitably has a sense of distrust.The social organization can make up for the lack of government work in terms of psychological intervention by virtue of its volunteerism and professional advantages.Only by focusing on both institutional construction and psychological intervention can we better resolve mass incidents,bridge the differences between social groups and alleviate the intensification of social contradictions.Based on the theories of social conflict and relative deprivation,the author analyzes the practical value of social organizations' participation in mass incidents from the aspects of the necessity,advantages and unique functions of social organizations' participation in resolving mass incidents through literature research and qualitative analysis.Taking psychology as the entry point,the author analyzes the different psychological manifestations in the evolution of mass incidents.Such as the sense of relative deprivation,distrust and disadvantaged identity in the latent period,these are the psychological drivers of mass incidents;The sense of venting psychology,conformity psychology,the psychology of the law of not blaming the public in the outbreak period,promote the development and upgrading of incidents;After the incident,the irrationality turned into rational psychology,satisfaction psychology,and hostility psychology.Taking social organizations as the main body,it is clearly pointed out that social organizations should make targeted psychological intervention measures at three different stages: the latent period,the outbreak period and the end of the mass incident,it details the movements of social organizations in participating in the resolution of mass incidents.Finally,based on the participation status of social organizations,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the participation ability of social organizations.The whole article is a tentative exploration and theoretical thinking on the use of psychological intervention in this method,the social organization to participate in the resolution of mass incidents,and the resolution of social contradictions.
