Research On The Governance Of Urban Illegal Buildings

In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization of our country,urban illegal buildings continue to spread.The existence of illegal buildings has increased the construction cost and seriously affected the image of the city.If they are not controlled,the continuous spread of illegal buildings will eventually affect the development of the cityBecause there are many problems in the governance of illegal buildings,contradictions and conflicts often occur.The governance of illegal buildings has become a hot and difficult problem in society,and it is very important to study their legal governance mechanism.At present,the legal system of governing illegal buildings in China is not so perfect,and it needs to be strengthened and perfected in the aspects of legislation,law enforcement,judicial remedy,public participation and supervi si on mechanism.According to the regional division,illegal buildings are divided into two types.One is rural illegal building,and the other one is urban illegal building.This paper mainly studies the problem of the governance of urban illegal buildings,and then further discusses the relevant legal systemThis paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter gives an overview of illegal buildings,and analyzes the theoretical basis of its governance.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the governance of urban illegal buildings in China from three aspects of legislation,law enforcement and judicial relief.Then the chapter further discusses the reasons for the difficulties in the governance of urban illegal buildings There are reasons from the people who violate the construction and the government management,as well as the reasons for the lack of supervision mechanism.Only on the basis of in-depth analysis of various reasons,can we get the relevant legal countermeasures.The third chapter analyzes the governance experience of extraterritorial urban illegal buildings,including legislation,law enforcement,legal publicity and many other aspects.The last chapter,on the basis of the previous discussion and analysis,puts forward to improve the legal system of urban illegal building governance and makes a constructive discussion on legislation,law enforcement,judicial remedy,public participation and supervision mechanism.
