With the 2030 outline of "healthy China" and the strategy of "healthy China" reported by the 19 th CPC National Congress, the problem of national health has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life.In the study of health problems, migrant workers have always been the focus of attention in various disciplines. This is due to the special urban-rural dual system division and the rapid progress of urbanization in China, resulting in a rapid increase in the number of migrant workers. On the other hand, because of the industry restriction and system, policy and historical inheritance of peasant workersundefined distribution, their working, living and living environment are relatively poor, and they are often faced with great health risks.Previous studies on the health of migrant workers focused on the impact of individual characteristics and social structure, but did not pay enough attention to family factors. However, the family-based mobility has replaced the individual flow as the main form of migrant migration,so this paper mainly discusses the impact of the family-based mobility on the health of migrant workers. In this study, the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in 2013 were used to analyze the impact of household mobility on the health risk of migrant workers by using one-way ANOVA,descriptive statistics and logit regression. The results show that compared with individual mobility, the health risk of migrant workers will be significantly increased by the first and third generations of cocurrent, while the health risk of migrant workers will not be affected by the two generations of cocurrent. At the same time, the empirical results also show that the family flow has different effects on the health risks of male migrant workers and female migrant workers,as well as the health risks of the older generation migrant workers and the new generation migrant workers.Work stress plays an intermediary role in the impact of family-based mobility on migrant workersundefined health risks.According to the results of empirical analysis, the author believes that the family,as the cell of society, connects the individual characteristics of migrant workers downward and connects the social policy and social structure upward, which plays an important role in the health of migrant workers. It must be paid more attention to in the research of migrant workersundefined health.
