Research On The Generating Logic Of The Community Active Aging Welfare In Social Organization Perspective

In recent years,in the face of China’s deepening population aging,actively responding to the aging population has become an important strategic initiative in welfare governance.In China,the community is not only the spatial unit where residents live together,but also the basic platform for meeting the needs of the large and diverse elderly population for old-age welfare,and the level of welfare provision in its domain directly affects their sense of security and well-being in their old age.Focusing on the perspective of governance actions and taking into account the actual situation of the study case,this thesis aims to clarify the meaning of active aging welfare.Then discuss the actions of social organizations and their influence on the welfare structure of the community in the process of generating active aging welfare,and attempt to summarize the social logic of community welfare generation.Based on the necessary review and summary of previous studies,this thesis builds a "process-action-structure" analysis framework based on structural theory and the "process-event" paradigm,and views this thesis uses the "process-action-structure" analysis framework based on the "process-event" paradigm and the "process-event" paradigm.According to the temporal differences between the organization’s central task and action motivation,the governance process can be divided into three stages:organizational capacity building,political and community cooperation,and community service operation.It is found that organizations enter the community governance field by rational application or acquisition of configurational and authoritative resources such as backbone leader charisma,relational affection,political attention,and cooperative contract through action strategies.Through accessible,localized,and interactive programs,they import the services of active aging,the concept and culture of aging appropriately,and the feasible ability to enjoy the aging time into the community families and individual elderly people,and realize the structural reproduction of elderly welfare.Finally,this thesis summarizes the social logic of positive community welfare generation as follows: in the limited community space,social organizations accomplish the core goals of professional capacity building,political and social cooperation,and embedding welfare resource rules in the community through necessary actions in stages,and finally achieve the positive transformation of community welfare structure.Of course,in the concrete implementation of positive elderly welfare,social organizations still face potential risks such as sectional barriers and resource dependency,public welfare-utilitarian conflicts and supply boundary-demand target tensions due to the nature of structural duality.This paper argues that we should start from the system construction,guarantee mechanism and industrial application paths,activate the participation consciousness of social subjects by interest mobilization,regulate the expression of decision making by sinking rules,and shape collective action by powerresponsibility relationship to avoid risks.
