Research On Elderly Livable Community Construction Of Hefei City

Under the background of increasingly accelerated aging in our country, livable community construction for the aged can meet the diversified needs of the elderly,it is a beneficial exploration to solve the increasingly sharp elderly service problems.Livable community construction for the aged is also a positive response to the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform (adopted at The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China) which pointed that we will respond actively to the aging of the population, quicken steps in the establishment of a social endowment service system and development of the service industry for the elderly.This research is divided into six parts:In the first part,firstly introduces the research background and significance of the article, secondly reviews research status at home and abroad and makes a brief comment,thirdly points out the research ideas and research methods.The related concepts is defined in the second part,and then introduces some related theories.The third part makes an empirical analysis of the elderly livable community construction situation in Hefei by questionnaire survey,case interview and field observation.From the empirical analysis,we find some problems of elderly livable community construction in Hefei.The fourth part is the elderly livable community construction experience for reference both at home and abroad.We choose Western Australia and British Columbia as overseas reference examples,Hong Kong and Shanghai are selected as domestic reference examples.The mature approaches form the four regions are introduced and the enlightenment that can be used for reference are summarized.In the fifth part, firstly the path selections from the macro level of elderly livable community construction in Hefei are put forward.Secondly,based on the problems found by investigating and surveying,the specific countermeasures are pointed out.The sixth part is a conclusion of this article,the innovation points and deficiencies of this study are pointed out,we also put forward some questions and recommendations that need to be discussed.
