Study On The Selection Of Enterprise Master In Modern Apprenticeship System Based On Government Intervention

The "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Pilot Work of Modern Apprenticeship System" pointed out that the teaching task of the modern apprenticeship system must be jointly undertaken by the school teachers and the enterprise masters to form a dual tutor system.“The Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on Launching the Pilot Work of the New Apprenticeship System for Enterprises” indicates that the enterprise selects outstanding high-skilled personnel as the corporate mentor of the apprenticeship.In the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship system in our country,the on-the-job teaching of apprentices is mainly accomplished by enterprise masters,and the quality of enterprise masters directly affects the training quality of apprentices.Therefore,the selection of "enterprise masters" is very important.At the same time,because the time of the modern apprenticeship pilot work is not very long,the team of enterprise masters is mixed and uneven,requires the establishment of a practical enterprise master selection mechanism to ensure the quality of masters in enterprises,thus ensuring the quality of talent cultivation in modern apprenticeship.The "government guidance" is the premise of the development of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.The necessity of the government to intervene in the modern apprenticeship system is generally recognized by the academic circles.In the modern apprenticeship system of different countries,although the government plays different roles and functions,they are inseparable from the government's promotion or supervision of the whole system.Therefore,based on government intervention to study the selection mechanism of masters in modern apprenticeship enterprises is particularly important.This paper is based on the perspective of government intervention,researched around the selection of masters in modern apprenticeship enterprises is carried out.According to the characteristics of national conditions,the connotation characteristics of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,the status quo of the masters in modern apprenticeship enterprises and the main factors affecting the selection of the enterprises masters,analyze the logical connection between the selection mechanism of masters in modern apprenticeship enterprise and government intervention,propose the strategys and suggestions that with Chinese characteristics which about the selection of masters in modern apprenticeship enterprises based on government intervention.
