Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Weibo,WeChat And Mobile Clients In Guangzhou Public Security Bureau

At present,with the transformation of government functions,the progress of Internet technology and the transformation of concept,with "two micro end"(weibo,micro letter,mobile client),the state's new media represented by vigorous development in our country,local governments have set up the official weibo,micro letter account,mobile client development operation government affairs,in the aggregate news client to open the official account,etc.However,the emergence and development of "two small ends" of government affairs in China is only a few years,from scratch,from simplicity to complexity,from rough to fine.This paper takes "two micro ends" of government affairs as the research object and "two micro ends" of public security affairs in guangzhou as the case study.Starting from clarifying the relevant concepts of "two micro ends",this paper compares the product function design,communication characteristics and communication mechanism of three new media platforms.After combing the development status of "two micro-ends" of public security affairs in China and guangzhou,the paper analyzes and respectively points out the functions of the public security affairs micro-blog and government affairs WeChat and mobile client in guangzhou,the common and individual problems existing in the development process of each platform,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Then,it puts forward reasonable Suggestions for strengthening and improving the construction of "two micro-ends" of public security affairs in guangzhou,and provides some useful experience summary and ideas reference for government departments to adapt to the needs of new era,new technology and new communication concepts,and effectively use new media in government affairs to enhance management efficiency and improve management methods.
