With the development of economy,society and technology,people put forward higher requirements for public services.Government affairs wechat has become a new channel of government concept innovation and mode innovation in the Internet era.In recent years,Suzhou government affairs we chat subscripitions actively implement the national strategy at all levels,and strive to make good use of this tool,so the quantity and quality of the wechat subscriptions has steadily improved.However,there are also many government affairs wechat subscriptions are at the "rigid" state after the opening.They are publishing the single content,and are lack of user interaction,also are weak at online services.Based on the author's practical work,this paper investigates the usage of Suzhou government affairs wechat through questionnaires.Through content analysis,the development of specific government affairs wechat samples will be studied.Thus we can find out the prominent problems in the development of Suzhou government affairs wechat.After investigation and study,it is found that there are three prominent problems in the development of Suzhou government affairs wechat: unclear function orientation,incomplete service function and unbalanced development.The main reasons for these problems are the inadequate use of new media,unprofessional operation and maintenance team,and imperfect management mechanism.Based on the actual situation of the development of Suzhou's government affairs wechat,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Suzhou's government affairs wechat from three aspects: strengthening the content construction of government affairs wechat,tightening up the service function of micro-platform,and improving the institutionalization of government media governance.
