Research On Employment Influencing Factors Of Urban Residents Entitled To Basic Living Allowances Under The Perspective Of Employment Welfare

Social assistance is an important system arrangement for the maintaining of social justice and the construction of harmonious society,it is also a crucial approach to meet the basic life of the poor group.It boast pivotal position in acting as the last barrier for maintaining social security.However,according to the statistics,people with labor ability has become the main constitute of social assistance,while they have great difference from the elderly,children,the disabled,and patients of major diseases,they are more likely to get rid of poverty through employment.In order to let social assistance fully play the role of relief,let social resources focus mainly on those who need help,let social assistance realize the transformation from survival-oriented type to development-oriented type,the research on those people's employment motivation has become a significant study.How to encourage urban residents entitled to basic living allowances with labor ability rely on personal power to get back on life track by employment is the most difficult part of social assistance.The motivations for the employment of urban residents entitled to basic living allowances usually depend on internal personal factors and external factors like the process of social assistance and social policies,the consideration of single factor is not enough.Thus,this paper adapt literature research,questionnaire survey,structural interview method to collect the population variables,the policy process and the influence factors of external policy variables to analyses,and try to use logistic regression analysis and discussion on above factors to decide which factors are the main factors influencing the recipients' employment.And then choosing families with representatives as deep interviewer object,besides,this paper will summarize the micro-factors that influence their employment from the general employment situation of sample families.From the perspective of employment welfare,I will provide suggestion for the social assistance for urban residents entitled to basic living allowances of Shanghai using basic theories and approaches of social security.
