Research On Legal Issues Of Social E-commerce Supervision

The rapid development of social e-commerce in China has also exposed the problems of legal risk,lack of guarantee of commodity quality,and difficulty in protecting consumers' rights.The emergence of these problems shows that the supervision of social ecommerce needs to be further improved.This article starts from two angles: the basic legislation of supervision of social ecommerce and the supporting legislation of supervision.At present,the basic legislation of supervision of social e-commerce in our country mainly has the problems of intellectual property protection provisions to be refined.Supervisory supporting legislation mainly has the following problems: business norms have not been promulgated and the legal hierarchy is low,the registration of market subjects lacks detailed provisions,the loopholes in quality supervision system,and the imperfection of supervision and law enforcement system.This paper holds that we should further improve the supervision of social e-commerce,constantly improve the basic legislation and supporting legislation,refine the provisions of intellectual property protection in the basic legislation,introduce high-level legal norms for social e-commerce,improve the registration of market participants,improve the quality supervision system,and improve the supervision and enforcement system.
