The Study Of Micro Fire Station Of Longhua District Shenzhen City

After the Reform and Openning-up,China has a rapid urbanization development.A number of high-rise buildings,industrial zones,business districts and underground area spring up all over the city.On the other way,the infrastructure is old and decrepit.These has challenged the emergency management of urban fires.While exploring the establishment of dimensional fire management mode,in the year of 2015,the Ministry of Public Security of China put forward the concept of "micro fire station".Through geographical superiortiy,micro fire stations do take action to emergency response on fire fighting and organize regular fire drill faster than fire police,especially in the situation of traffic interruption or information unsmooth.They provide fire rescues,detection and clearing work in first time,and help to formulate pre-propsal on fire fighting and emergency evacuation.Sometimes they do first-aid as well as transport emergency supplies in need.So improving the service of micro fire station could minimize losses and safe lives.In this paper,micro fire stations in Longhua District of Shenzhen is taken as an example so that the construction and effects of micro fire stations could be investigated.Based on the 4R Crisis management theory of Robrt Hath,we analyse whether micro fire stations can play their role in the stage of reduction,readiness,response and recovery of crisis management.This study has a certain practical significance and reference value in improving the capacity of urban emergency management and government public service.
