Research On Contemporary Chinese Fairness And Justice Under The Perspective Of National Governance

The main road to the country lies in fairness and integrity.Whether a society is just or not is an important manifestation of a country's ability to govern.Proceeding from the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people,the realization of fairness and justice is the consistent proposition and fundamental pursuit of the CPC ruling for the people,and is always embedded in the CPC's governing philosophy.Fairness and justice is an important value orientation of national governance,and safeguarding equity and justice is an inevitable requirement of national governance.Socialist society is by far the most just society in human history,but the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism determine that there are still some phenomena that violate equity and justice at the current level of development in China.The problems of injustice in the areas of distribution,people's livelihood,law enforcement and justice are particularly acute.In the period of reform and reform,the promotion and realization of social equity and justice has become a new expectation of the people and has increasingly become the ruling goal of the Communist Party of China.Many of the problems of fairness and justice that exist in the primary stage of socialism are problems in development,which have a direct bearing on the underdeveloped productive forces and inadequate economic development.However,some deficiencies in national governance systems and governance capacity are also one of the causes of equity and justice problems.The specific system of democratic politics,the system of social security and public service and the system of supervision and restriction of public power are not perfect.Bureaucratism,corruption of power,lack of coordination of ethics and other phenomena seriously affect the ability of the country to govern and artificially cause many injustices.The realization of social equity and justice depends fundamentally on the improvement of the level of productivity and on the overall progress of society.From the point of view of national governance,the author explores the way to achieve fair and just national governance.We will resolutely eliminate the malpractices in institutions and mechanisms that violate fairness and justice,step up efforts to build systems that play a major role in safeguarding social equity and justice,improve the system for safeguarding the people's democratic rights,and establish a fully developed,scientifically standardized and effective rule of law system.We will establish a sound and rational distribution system,establish a sound basic public service system,and improve the system of power restriction and supervision.Secondly,we should promotethe realization of fairness and justice through the comprehensive improvement of national governance capacity.The Party's leading cadres at all levels are the backbone of governing the country,and strengthening the Party's ability to govern is the key to achieving social equity and justice.Increasing the capacity of social organizations to participate in national governance.By building a perfect system of national governance equity,improving the ability of the governing body to govern fairly,and striving to overcome the phenomenon caused by human factors that is contrary to fairness and justice.Only in this way can we maximize the dividends of the system,consolidate the foundation of the Party's governance,and ensure the healthy and steady development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
