Research On The Embedded Development Of Social Work In The Field Of Juvenile Justice In Xi'an

With the continuous improvement of social civilization,the traditional concept of retributive punishment is obviously not suitable for the development of society.Modern society calls for a more humanized and educational way of punishment.With the gradual deepening of the reform of the judicial system in our country,especially the relevant legal documents for juvenile justice have been issued one after another,which makes social work involved in the field of juvenile justice has a solid foundation.In recent years,social work has been actively explored and tried in different service fields,and some remarkable results have been achieved,which has made the concept of social work gradually accepted,recognized,and its professional advantages gradually highlighted.It has effectively promoted the entry of social work into the division in an independent capacity.Professional services in the field of law.In the course of the research,this paper uses the qualitative research methods such as participation observation method,structural interview method and text analysis method to collect and process the data,including laws and regulations,policy documents,interview materials,internship logs,Institutional rules and regulations,etc.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first of all,the embedded status of social work in the field of juvenile justice is analyzed.This part mainly studies the two-way embedding process between social work and juvenile justice,the main service content of embedding,the analysis of embedding approach,structural embedding and relational embedding analysis.Secondly,the problems encountered in the course of juvenile justice social work services;and relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the conclusion of the study.At present,the embedding of social work in the field of juvenile justice shows a weak autonomy,which belongs to a shallow embedding,but this does not mean that social work completely loses its subjectivity and is passively and completely attached to the judicial organs.On the contrary,social work,with the support of the government,is gradually embedded in the judicial field to obtain living space.With the deepening of the frequency of interaction between social work and the judiciary,the field of professional social work services will expand day by day.Have greater autonomy and voice in the judicial field.
