The Study Of The Path Of The Cycling In Urban Community Under The Theory Of Collaborative Governance

In recent years,emerging technologies under the background of “Internet +”,and have profoundly changed our lives while spawning a new economic model—the sharing economy.Since the development,the government has implemented an inclusive and prudent supervision method to promote its healthy and rapid development.How to solve the problem of shared bicycle management has become an important topic for scholars at present,and it also brings opportunities for the government,enterprises and the public to achieve coordinated governance.Through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,the paper analyzes the current situation of the shared bicycle and the problems existing in the governance,clearly shares the subject of bicycle management and the direction of governance,and builds the bicycle cooperative governance model for urban communities and shares the bicycle management path.The choice laid the foundation.First of all,the connotation of "shared economy" and "collaborative governance" is clarified,and the inevitability of applying the theory of collaborative governance to the sharing of bicycle management is explored.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the current situation of shared bicycles and the governance dilemmas faced are analyzed.Finally,the path selection of shared bicycle management is proposed from the aspects of division of responsibilities and mutual supervision,policy regulation and collective bargaining,resource sharing and negotiation cooperation,technological innovation and two-way communication,public participation and selfdiscipline.Enrich the innovation development theory of the governance model under the shared economy,and has certain practical guiding significance for how to optimize the collaborative governance model.Figure9;Table13;Reference 45...
