Research On The Development Of Multi-Ethnic Integration In Wu Siher Town Of Hanyuan County

Solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the top priority of the Party's work.Especially in recent years,with the strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward,the solution of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" problem has been placed in a more prominent position.China is a multi-ethnic country with 56 ethnic groups.55 ethnic minorities except the Han ethnic group account for 8.41% of the total population,of which 23 million are scattered and mixed ethnic minorities,accounting for about 25% of the total population of ethnic minorities.The ethnic minorities living together and scattered together basically cover the vast rural grass-roots towns and villages throughout the country.How to promote the integration and harmony of multi-nationalities in towns and villages,and then drive farmers out of poverty and become rich,and promote regional economic and social development and rural revitalization,has become an important issue of concern to the whole society.As an agricultural town,Wu Siher Town in Hanyuan County,Sichuan Province,is a multi-ethnic town with Han nationality and nine minority nationalities.It is a typical example of scattered and mixed minority areas.To promote the harmonious development of production and life of multi-nationalities in a town is to promote the integration of production,life and culture,and promote the harmonious development,mutual assistance and coexistence,resource exchange and common progress of all nationalities in the town,thereby affecting and promoting the economic and cultural development,national unity and social stability of the region.Through the research,the author hopes to find out the characteristics and laws of the integration of production and life in multi-ethnic rural areas,and to provide a theoretical reference for better and faster development of the economy and culture in multi-ethnic areas,maintenance of national unity and promotion of Rural Revitalization in multi-ethnic areas.On the basis of literature review and related theories,this paper analyses the current situation of multi-ethnic integration in Wu Siher Town,Hanyuan County.The total economic growth of Wu Siher Town is steady,social undertakings are progressing in an all-round way,backward ethnic groups in production learn from advanced ethnic groups,civilized exchanges and mutual learning among ethnic groups in life and culture,and the integration of multi-ethnic production,life and culture is strengthened and consolidated.By means of comparative analysis,the problems existing in the development of multiethnic integration in Wu Siher Town are analyzed,such as insufficient industrial development,lagging infrastructure construction,insufficient introduction and training of talents,and inadequate cultural construction.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions for the development of multi-ethnic integration in Wu Siher Town: strengthening the construction of leadership and cadres,promoting infrastructure construction,paying close attention to cultural construction,promoting tourism development,carrying out industrialized management,and doing a good job in poverty alleviation.
