Research On The Construction Of Smart Social Security Service System In S City

The reform of the social security service system is concerned about the vital interests of each insured person.Whether the social security policy can be implemented in place and whether the social security service can meet the needs of the insured,determine the image and status of the people's Government in the people's heart.Starting with the study of the current situation of social security service system,this paper expounds the problems and causes of the traditional management mode,and analyzes the role of the personnel management mechanism and administrative affiliation on the service capacity of social security agencies from the historical evolution of social security agencies and the current management system mechanism.Starting from the expectation of the public to the service type government,this paper demonstrates the necessity of breaking through government data barriers.Literature research,theoretical research,empirical analysis,normative analysis,questionnaire method and case analysis are mainly used in this paper,in order to make a comprehensive interpretation of the construction of the smart social security service system in S city and enrich the theoretical and practical significance of this study.This paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter One introduces the background,significance of the subject and the research status of the construction of smart social security service system at home and abroad;the second chapter defines the connotation of smart social security,introduces the new public management theory,service-oriented government theory and government information sharing theory,expounds the typical cases of smart social security service system in China,demonstrates the possibility of building smart social security service system,and shows the desired effect and purpose;the third chapter introduces the current situation of the management service system,summarizes the outstanding problems by questionnaire survey,enumerates the traditional management cases,and analyzes the necessity of reform;the fourth chapter is countermeasures from the aspects of the network infrastructure and the application platform from the bottom to the top to the reform of the service system,from the information exchange among the externalmanagement departments to the reform of the internal management system and mechanism,and from the supervision system,information security,special funds to technology and personnel protection.This paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the construction of the smart social security service system in S city through a comprehensive analysis,and prospects for the future of smart social security.
