Study On The Power Expansion Reform Of Economically Developed Towns Of Yandong Town In Tinghu District Of Yancheng City

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC clearly stated that institutional and administrative reform should be deepened.At present,China is in the sprint stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With the continuous advancement of the administrative management system,the current administrative management system has some incompatible aspects,which restricts the economic and social development to a certain extent.Therefore,the reform of the administrative management system is imperative.After 2000,many provinces in China began trials and reforms to decentralize power to townships.In 2010,SCOPSR launched power expansion of economically developed towns pilot projects in 13 provinces.Yandong Town in Tinghu district was also among the first batch of reform pilot towns in Jiangsu Province and passed provincial acceptance in 2017.This topic starts from the development of district-level and town-level relations under the new situation,taking the power expansion of economically developed towns of Yandong Town in Tinghu District of Yancheng City as an example,combining the power restriction theory,flattened organization theory,service-oriented government theoryand the basic theory of the power expansion of economically developed towns,through the methods of business contact,access to information,field research,etc.Adopt literature research methods,case analysis methods and other methods to systematically extend the process of power extension reform in Yandong Town.In the investigation,the work measures and achievements of Yandong Town's power expansion in recent years were summarized.At the same time,through a series of studies,trying to reveal the necessity and internal motivation of the reform of township system,sum up the problems,experiences and lessons brought about by the powerexpansionin the town,and conduct a deep discussion on the effective management mode suitable for the development of township economy.The ultimate goal of this research is to give solutions to the problems at the district level and town level,and to better help solve the current difficulties in economic and social development.Overcoming the relationship between district-level and town-level reforms,overcoming the shortcomings inherent in the management system of township governments under the traditional system,breaking the administrative inertia under the original institutional framework,promoting the reform and innovation of the township management system,and deepening The reform of power expansion in strong towns has certain practical significance.
