Economically Developed Town Administrative System Reform Research

In recent years, with the accelerating pace of urbanization in our country, part of the eastern coastal areas of villages and towns has appeared a good development trend and the comprehensive strength has enhanced. But at present the economically developed town still adopts a traditional township administrative management system. The contradiction between the superstructure and the economic base is becoming more and more highlighted. In order to effectively solve the problems-Accrual is inconsistent and running is not smooth etc in the economically developed town, the central government has made the policy decisions in the economically developed town to develop the administrative system reform pilot project. This thesis takes Nantong Rugaoshi Town advancing economically developed administrative system reform as an example, analyzing the current situations and problems in Changjiang Town, and combining with domestic and foreign theoretical research results and practical experience, and therefore it puts forward the broadening the reform train of thought, improves the reform measures, breaks through the reform bottleneck and continuously deepens the administrative management system in the economic developed town.
