Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Reform Of Power Expansion In Strong Towns In Zhenjiang

Township government is the most basic administrative organ in the administrative system of our country,the important support and carrier of county economy,the key node and link to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas.However,there are many problems in township governments,such as the weakening of economic regulation function and social management function,and the unequal distribution of rights,responsibilities and interests.Problems are relatively prominent in some areas.To some extent,it restricts the economic development and social governance of towns and villages.In order to break the shackles of the traditional grass-roots administrative system,the reform of power expansion in strong towns all over the country came into being.With the deepening of the reform work,the reform of township administrative management system has taken an important step forward.But at the same time of solving some old problems,some new ones have emerged.It poses new challenges to reform.This paper is based on reshaping government theory,governance theory,decentralization theory and flat organization theory.Combined with the research status at home and abroad and the experience of Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province,this paper takes A,B and C three economically developed towns in Zhenjiang,which participate in the practice of the reform of power expansion in strong towns as the research object.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the concrete practice and achievements of the reform of power expansion in strong towns in Zhenjiang through field visits and investigations,to study the practical difficulties in the process of reform,and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for deepening and strengthening the reform of power expansion in strong towns in Zhenjiang,and to improve the township governance ability by analyzing the legal,institutional,interest,management and other reasons for the above problems.From the point to the surface,it makes a useful exploration for the development of grass-roots towns,especially for the deepening the reform of administrative management system in economically developed towns.
