Research On The Xuzhou Public Welfare Social Organization Propulsion Nationwide Reading

Culture is the spiritual lifeline and source of creation of the nation.Reading is an important way to acquire cultural knowledge.Advocating the reading of the whole people is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times,which is conducive to improving the quality of the people and the degree of social civilization,and is more conducive to improving the country's soft power and competitiveness.Under the general environment of reading by the whole people,more and more public welfare social organizations have devoted themselves to the construction of scholarly society,and have become an active force to promote reading for all and become an emerging vitality.The public welfare characteristics of public welfare social organizations play an irreplaceable role in the reading activities of the whole people.How to guide and how to maximize the use of public welfare social organizations in building a scholarly society and promoting the utility of reading for the whole people is an important issue facing our current society.In this paper,through the literature method and case analysis method,the public welfare social organization that promotes the reading of all the people in Xuzhou is taken as the research object,and the two typical cases of Xuzhou Reading Alliance Association and Xuzhou City Time Reading Association Public Welfare Organization are analyzed in depth.Sexual social organizations play a role and status quo in promoting the reading activities of the whole people,and summarize the experience of the operation of public welfare social organizations in Xuzhou.Through the status quo of the reading promotion of Xuzhou City,this paper further analyzes the lack of activity resources,talents,unsound management mechanism,poor communication ability and low reading quality of Xuzhou Public Welfare Social Organization in promoting the reading activities of the whole people.From the three aspects of government,resources and public awareness,the author discusses the reasons why the most restrictive public welfare society promotes the development of reading for the whole people.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures to make the public welfare social organization of Xuzhou better promote the reading development of the whole people.It is mainly explained from four aspects: government guidance and support,organization's self-construction,use of the Internet and innovative operation mode,which is conducive to the full use of public welfare social organizations.Carrying out research on the reading activities of Xuzhou citizens is of great significance to the construction of Xuzhou's scholarly society and the improvement of the reading level of Xuzhou citizens.It is also conducive to promoting the healthy and orderly development of public welfare organizations in Xuzhou.
