with the development of economy,The process of urbanization in our country has been accelerating.In particular,the country has put forward the development goal of new urbanization,The national new urbanization plan was officially released in 2014,It is necessary to promote the basic public services of medical,educational,employment,pension,housing which covering all the resident population in the cities.The standpoint of the development of new urbanization is peopleoriented,and China is at the forefront of innovation of modern way of life,the road of urbanization can not blindly pursue high building construction and land expansion,but the appearance of renewal and urban development within the power of the combination of focus on sustainable development of towns,improve urban connotation and bearing force,make the urban industrial development and infrastructure integration,to enhance the quality of farmers and the humanistic spirit as the foothold,the farmers into town civilization in real life.Before and after 2000,around the city around the village(city village)for the “village-tocommunity” transformation,the formation of a certain scale,in order to meet the management needs,followed by the “village-to-community”.So far,the national,provincial and local governments on the complex “village-to-community” public service system to build the policy has not yet made clear provisions,the lack of relevant policy support led to “village-to-community” type community public service system improvement process In the future for some time will be an important part of grass-roots work,“village-to-community” type of community public service will also be an important direction of efforts.Therefore,this paper takes Yuyao Economic Development Zone as an example to carry out the empirical study on the “village-to-community”.Based on the literature research and empirical research,we will interview the economic development zone,the community staff,the community residents and a lot of realistic information,This paper analyzes the basic situation of the community and the current situation,the existing problems and causes of the community public service system in the economic development zone,meanwhile at the basic of The successful experience of community public service at home and abroad for reference,finally,On the basis of the foregoing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the community public service system of " village-to-community " in the economic development zone.
