Research And Implementation Of Assessment System Of Fire Capacity Building And Promotion Plan

In order to meet the needs of public fire safety and take great leaps in the fire service,the people's government of Shaanxi Province issued Shaanxi Province fire capacity building promotion plan in November 2016.However,the implementation of promotion plan will take a long time due to the large volume of tasks and large number of construction projects Problems easily arise in the process of construction,such as the lack of timely data sharnng,inadequate management and supervision,etc.It is urgent to use the Internet and information technology means to build a assessment system for fire protection capacity building promotion plan,in order to achieve the goal of successful completion of the task on scheduleAccording to the basic requirements of the assessment of the promotion plan,taking the application of comprehensive information technology in Shaanxi Fire Crops as an example this dissertation expounds the research,design and implementation process of the assessment system of the promotion plan.Firstly,system solution plan is studied and determined Secondly,the feasibility analysis and demand analysis of the system solution are carried out According to the requirements of the assessment system,the assessment system is divided into four subsystems:user management,team management,task management and comprehensive statistics.Thirdly,the system outline design is carried out,including architecture design,function design,database design and class design of each subsystem Finally,the JEE development platform,Java object-oriented programming language and SQL Server database were adopted to complete the desgin and implement the system.After testing,the system has the advantages of concise interface,simple operation and stable performance,and has been put into trial in Shaanxi Fire Brigade.Since the system was tried out,the automation,informationization and intellectualization level of the assessment and management of Shaanxi Fire Crops have been greatly improved,and the task of promoting the construction plan has been guaranteed to be completed on time.At the same time,the research results of this thesis also provide a reference for promoting the informatization of fire fighting capacity.
