| In order to change the mode of primary medical and health services,the state has implemented the policy of family doctor contracting service throughout the country in recent years,and has formulated a five-year promotion plan.In 2016,family doctor contracting service will be implemented in 200 pilot cities.By 2017,the contracting coverage rate will reach more than 30% and the coverage rate of key groups will reach more than 60%.By 2020,it will strive to expand the contracting service to the whole population.In 2018,the country changed its policy objectives from the rate of re-signing to the quality of signing,and adjusted it to the goal of "signing one,serving one".Yuexiu District belongs to the old urban area of Guangzhou,is the political center of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City,as well as the medical service center of Guangzhou.It is the most concentrated area of basic education resources and medical and health resources.It is also an area with a high degree of aging.Family doctor service is also the earliest and most mature area in this area,and it is the first pilot area in the whole country.It is undoubtedly of great practical value to explore the service satisfaction of family doctors in Yuexiu District and analyze its influencing factors,and to study the improvement direction of follow-up policies.Since 2014,Yuexiu District has started to pilot and guide residents to make more use of community service resources,and gradually establish a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism.The short-term goal is to achieve the coverage rate of the whole population and the contract coverage rate of key groups proposed by the state and provinces and cities by the end of 2017,reaching 30% and 60% respectively.At present,family doctor's signing is mainly based on the quantity of signing,which is light in weight.Many problems have been encountered in the process of promoting family doctor's signing.So,how satisfied are residents with the policy of signing community family doctors? How about contracting and service? What are the influencing factors? It has become the focus o f attention of the government and all sectors of society.Satisfaction,as an objective indicator,can directly and truly reflect the reality of family doctor service.This paper investigates the contracted residents of family doctors in 18 community health services in Yuexiu District,studies the satisfaction degree and effect evaluation of community family doctors ‘service,and puts forward suggestions for the future improvement of the public policy.Based on the theory of public goods,public policy execution and patient satisfaction,this subject conducts a survey of the status quo of family doctor service,and conducts a study by means of questionnaire,interview and literature research.The results of satisfaction survey are analyzed by SPSS software.The expectations of residents for this work are deeply understood and the owners of family doctor service are analyzed.To solve the problem,find out the main factors affecting satisfaction,compare and analyze whether family doctor service meets residents' expectations of service quality,on this basis,formulate improvement measures,put forward strategies and suggestions to improve service quality and improve customer satisfaction.This has certain theoretical value for enriching the field of this topic. |
