Research On Post Design Optimization Of Guangzhou Y District Government Affairs Center

Post design is the core content of modern organizational management,an important basis for exerting organizational effectiveness,and the basis for the formulation of human resources management system.In recent years,under the strong support of governments at all levels and the recognition of public opinion,the government service industry has achieved rapid development and in-depth popularity,resulting in a significant increase in functional authority and business volume.However,the organization and management of the industry has not kept pace with the rapid development,especially with the formation of the “new format” in the collaborative development of online and offline government affairs halls.Many problems have been exposed one after another,and the three evaluation indicators of “quality of service” have shown a downward trend.The original operation mode and management mechanism including post design are no longer applicable,and it is urgent to make corresponding optimization and improvement.In addition,the domestic research on the orientation of the post design method for the government service industry has not been carried out so far,and the relevant theories are almost blank.It is of positive practical significance to carry out the research on the optimization of individualized post design for such a large-scale emerging large-scale industry.This paper takes Guangzhou Y District Government Affairs Center as the research object,focusing on the method of post design optimization and the solution that meets the characteristics of the industry.Using the relevant theories of post design at home and abroad,through questionnaires,comparative analysis,data statistics and other methods,systematically conduct comprehensive post analysis and post research on the case,providing problem-oriented and demand-oriented for job optimization.Closely combine organizational goals and responsibilities,study the specific countermeasures and step-by-step procedures for case-based job optimization,summarize the “four-set” principle of industry positions,summarize the industry enlightenment of optimization practice,and improve the industry supporting measures.It is hoped that through this research,we can further enrich the theoretical methods of post design in the public service sector,make up for the paradigm of post design in the government service industry,help the implementation process of reform,and provide a better business environment and efficient service experience for enterprises and the masses.
