Marx's Theory Modernization And Its Enlightenment To The Path Of China

Modernization is the inevitable stage of human historical development and the main manifestation of the second largest social form.Modernization originated from the commercial revolution.On the one hand,ordinary European civilians with extremely scarce living materials were forced to go out to sea to find a way to survive.On the other hand,traffic was blocked in the way of world trade with the East and only sea routes could be chosen,thus opening the curtain of the era of great navigation,and the process of modernization began.Modernization development has three elements: science and technology,capital and world market.On the basis of these three elements,the three basic characteristics of modernization are industrialization of production,marketization of economy and ideological liberalization.Thus,three basic purposes of modernization development have emerged: human modernization,social modernization and laying a material foundation for a higher social form.In the process of modernization,capitalism has played a revolutionary role.It is precisely because of the civilized aspect of capitalism that modern society has been formed,which promotes the modernization of human beings and the formation of modern state.However,due to the nature of capital appreciation,capitalist modernization has inevitable internal contradictions,forming five development paradoxes: material production paradox,human production paradox,social relations paradox,spiritual production paradox and human and natural paradox.It is also the nature of capital that has led to the limitations of human modernization and the narrowness of modern countries under the historical conditions of capitalism.Finally,capitalism will inevitably transit to socialism.On the basis of thorough criticism of capitalist modernization,Marx put forward a new development concept and reconstructed a development concept different from capitalist modernization.Taking the realistic human as the starting point and the new materialism as the standpoint,we believe that all development is for human development.Therefore,the development of socialist modernization is people-oriented,different from capitalist market economy and individual ownership.At the same time,we should vigorously develop productive forces,abandon alienated labor,and build a harmonious relationship between man and nature,so as to achieve communism actively.Prepare.Both modes of modern development need world markets.Socialist globalization and capitalist antiglobalization are opposed to each other but penetrate into each other.Socialist globalization,which can better adapt to the development of productive forces,will inevitably replace capitalist anti-globalization.The socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,guided by Marxism and combined with China's unique historical situation,is an inevitable choice for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
