Study On The Law Enforcement Standardization Of Jia Yuguan Public Security Bureau

The task about ruling the country by law and stimulating the development of a socialist legal state was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party.Subsequently,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China decided to deepen comprehensive implementation of the rule of law.And the law enforcement standardization of public security organs is necessary to build a socialist legal state.Besides,nowadays public security organs need to meet the challenge of public security situation.However,most of the police could not adapt themselves to the challenge in terms of their law enforcement quality and capacity.The police's law enforcement quality and capacity should be improved further.Therefore,the public security organs should take measures to improve themselves and strengthen the law enforcement standardization,which will be beneficial to maintain social stability and finally follow the development of the times.Taking law enforcement standardization into account,the present study aims to investigate the law enforcement standardization in Jia Yuguan Public Security Bureau.The current study selected Jia Yuguan Public Security Bureau in Gansu Province as the subject and employed method of historical documents,method of comparative analysis and synthetic study method.In detail,the present study explained the concepts and theories of law enforcement standardization.Furthermore,the achievements and problems existing in the law enforcement standardization in Jia Yuguan Public Security Bureau were analyzed.Finally,the research provided some suggestions for law enforcement standardization according to the specific characteristics of Jia Yuguan,which will promote law enforcement quality and capacity of Jia Yuguan Public Security Bureau and will provide guidance for other provinces and cities.
