A Study On The Publicity Of Law Enforcement Information Of Huizhou Public Security Bureau

With the deepening of China's economic and political system reform,the awareness of civil rights gradually increases.People's demand for construction of sunlight Government and Government by Law is growing,which must go through the disclosure of government information.Police Agencies 'law Enforcement is also facing higher requirements.Further improvement of the work of the Law Enforcement openness and transparency not only is an effective way to protect the people on police law enforcement information,participation,expression and supervision rights and a series of rights,but also an effective way to promote the public security organs to fair law enforcement.August 2012,Ministry of Public Security issued the "Law Enforcement disclosure provisions." The Publication of proposed enforcement,a new police law enforcement concept,with distinct historical background,is a necessary path to achieve "the rule of law Public Security" under the “rule of law ”country strategy;and a visible form of the service-oriented government concept in the field of Policing;and a practical and effective way to implement respecting and safeguarding human rights;and a beneficial practice of the social management innovation by the Public security organs.This article has a very important theoretical value and practical significance.In recent years,in order to enhance the credibility and transparency of law enforcement of the city's public security organs,Huizhou City public security organs have gradually taken effective measures to improve the publicizing of law enforcement.However,there are still many imperfections in practice.I,as a participant of the Publicizing Police Agencies 'Law Enforcement of the Huizhou Public Security Bureau,feel impressively that establish and improve the public law enforcement system is not easy that we still have a long way to go in improving organizational structure,open content and supervision of relief and other aspects.Taking Huizhou City Public Security Bureau for the study,this essay analyzes the topic from five chapters below.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation,research content and ideas of domestic and foreign research.The second chapter gives an account of the relevant concepts and theoretical research.The third chapter points out the current situation,main problems and reasons of law enforcement information disclosure in Huizhou Public Security Bureau.The fourth chapter mainly talk about the advanced experience of domestic and foreign police law enforcement information disclosure,combined with the actual experience of Huizhou public security to learn from.The last chapter tries to find out the solutions of the current Huizhou City Public Security Bureau of law enforcement information disclosure policy from the aspects of organization,content,legal standardization and supervision of relief,etc.
